  • How would you feel & What would you do?

I had a friend for 15 years, my best friend ( She was like a sister to me ).

However, just over 2 years ago, she decided she didn't want to be friends any more, that all her problems were somehow my fault. That I had never let her stand on her own two feet, also thinks I was never supportive of her partner. All I'd ever done, was be there for her, help her and her family when things needed to be done.

I never asked for anything in return.

Now after not talking for all this time, she suddenly wants to be friends again. I don't feel she realises how much she hurt my feelings, but I'm torn between telling her to go jump and wanting to sit down and try to understand why this all happened.

  • Help!!! What am I doing wrong?????

My 3 1/2 year old and I fight, constantly.

It pretty much starts when I walk in the door, after work and continues until bed, and beyond.

All day he is bearable for his father, but as soon as he sees me, the silliness, and acting up, starts. He doesn't do this with his father, as much as me.

I can only punish so much, before it starts hurting me, inside. I send him to his room, we have a naughty boy chair in the laundry, nothing works. All he does is scream in my face. I don't like to get physical with him, cause I'm scared I wouldn't be able to stop. And that just teaches him, hitting is o.k.

I love him, but I just don't like him when he is like this.

He is now teaching my almost 1 year old, to do the same.

He goes to pre-school 2 days a week, so he has adding outside stimulation. But still the same crap every day.

Please help, if you have experienced this behaviour, what did you do?
