Im confused wither my guy friend likes me or not?!

Ok so we're friends for like 1 month and something now.

Ive just got back from the holidays and We've hung out.

There's this one day were i dyed my hair and that same at the time when we sat down to eat he tweeted 'I fancy you so f*cking bad' but not sure it was about me as we weren't alone(3 other friends were with us)

And he keeps poking me now and pinching me lightly at the sides ....I've also noticed he stares at me but whenever he stares i try to ignore or avoid him, incase i make it awkward by staring back.

But the other day we hung out with a bunch of friends and he started flirting with my friend and didn't even pay any attention at all to me, just said a few things at times to me ...

Does he like me or doesn't he?!
