Ok, so i bought my step daughter a set of Vampire teeth, and the instructions say to open a capsule that it comes with, and mix it with a 5 drops of a liquid that it also comes with, HOWEVER, the liquid was not a liquid (seemed like a jelly, but we couldn't get it out of the bottle, much less mix it) so i tried to take it back, but the place we got it at is being...less then cooperative. I am gonna do something about that later, but my question is what can i use in these teeth before Holloween to get them to stay on her teeth?

Kind of a hard question:

I have a friend that i talk to online, who is from Russia. She has been wanting to come to the states on a Work Program. She went to Moscow, and got all her Work VISA paperwork taken care of, but the problem is that the Agency who she is working with states that she must purchase a 2 way ticket from them to ensure that she won't "stay here illegally". Because she was unaware of this, she didn't anticipate the cost, and so she doesn't have enough money. She asked to borrow some, but again, for a two way ticket, it is more then i really want to lend.

However, what i want to know, is if it is possible to acctually just purchase a 1 way ticket for her, since she has the Work Visa paperwork, and then she can purchase the return trip ticket before she acctually returns?

This also makes it a little easier to trust someone whom i've never met, because i can have her wire me what she can afford, and i'll pay the difference for her ticket
