My daughter came from being with her dad for the weekend, which he gets her every weekend and my daughter told me that this women whom i don't know and never met, never heard of was mean to her. Pulled her hair and was screaming at her. I asked her father about this and he blew me off said he didn't know. So I tried to go and get a restraining order for this and also because I have reasons to believe that he is planning to leave the country with her (he is from Africa). I got denied. So in the divorce decree she is to be with him every weekend but I have no peace having her there with him if this lady is going to be there. Can I get into trouble with the court if I keep her visits from him because I don't know what this women will do to her.

I just bought a new computer and it has Vista. My HP printer wont work as I have tried to install with the CD's but it is not compatible with Vista. I am not able to get a new one at this time, any suggestions to make this one work? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have tried to download free anti viral software online but after it takes a long time for it to get the ability to scan then it says there are viruses and worms and if I want to purchase their product then it will be removed. Is there any free software that scans AND fixes? I have tried Avast and it has not been able to do anything for me.

any help you can provide I would be most grateful.

It wont let me restore system, I can't turn on firewall..nothing.

Please keep in mind that I don't have the money to send it to anyone to get it fixed.

I am trying to download the program windows defender because my computer is messed up and will not let me turn on my firewall.

When I try to download this I get this message.... The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file. File c;/programfiles/windowsdefender/msmpeng.exe.

Can you please tell me what this means and how do I fix my computer. If I try to search something on the internet, I will get results and then I try to click on the results and then it takes me to some other unrelated site. Please help, I don't have the money to take in to get it fixed.

I am being sued from my HOA and their Lawyer sent me this form to sign so that I don't have to get charged 250.00 for her to rewrite everything so she says. The legal form says...."stipulated agreement to accept rule 316 disclosure statements up to and including the trial date"...I want to make sure I am not signing something that will later bite me in the butt. I got stuck in the mud today and thought if I put it in 4 HI wheel drive I would be able to get out. That didn't work, so someone pulled me out and there is no visible damage to the SUV but now I can not get it out of 4WD. I have tried turning the car off and then on again, I tried to put it in 4HI and even off but it wont go to anything else. I have a switch to put it in and out of 4WD if that matters. if you have any suggestions I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance and have a blessed evening!

My husband and I are divorced and my daughter (2 1/2 years old) stays with him on the weekends. When I have her during the week she always asks about daddy so when she asks about him I call him for her and she talks to him and then she is good. We always talk about daddy and I have no problems with this, I keep a pic of him for her in her room so it is not as if I am talking bad about him or anything of the sorts......

On friday evening I call him to see how her day at day care was and she is doing and so forth or just to say good night.

He hands her the phone and says "Mommy is on the phone, you want to talk to mommy" and I hear her say in her whiny voice "Nooo" He said that she asks for me all the time too, but I think he is just saying that because he knows it stings a little.

At first this didn't bother me because I know she is preoccupied but it has been going on for some time and she still does not want to talk to me. She does this when she is visiting grandmas house as well, so grandma has to tell her "someone on the phone wants to talk to you" then she will take the phone in anticipation that it's daddy. Why is it that when she is not with me, she wants nothing to do with me. Before it didn't bother me, now...it is starting to sting a little. Any suggestions on what this is about and what to do about it.

I have been working as little as possible to raise my 2 year old, I am a RN so I can work 2-3 days a week. the problem is, I can't afford the town home and when I called the mortgage co about my options, in more or less words, work more or change my lifestyle...which I assure you that it is one of just which to get by so someone else does not have to raise my baby. I have spoke to other lending co and they cant do anything because the market value of the house given today's economy has decreased 30,000...no one will refinance me. I want to keep my house, but not more then I want to raise my daughter. Any suggestions you have would be most welcome and I thank you in advance for your answers...God bless.

I was wondering if it was possible to request of the judge that he make my ex take a CPR and first aid course age specific for our daughter. There have been a couple things that I have observed that concern me and I feel it would be in my daughters best interest if he was to be educated in the matter. Also if I can do this, how do I respectfully go about it. Thank you in advance for you answers and God bless!

Dr.s have suggested tubes for my daughter, she has had 6 ear infections in the past 5 months, which has caused a speech delay and trouble hearing. Could you please share some of your expierences and any wisdom that would be helpful in dealing with this. Thanks in advance and have a blessed day!!
