my web cam is built into my lap top but i can not seem to get it to work. i tried looking for it in my start up menu but can not find it there. how do i go about fixing my web cam so it will work??? it is a toshiba satellite l 755

i got this trek 850 for free and the serial number i came up with is T3AH45265 does anyone have any clue as to the year and value of it? it is a gray color with the trek logo in an orange color.
