I am a National Registry Paramedic, with a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Care. Which pretty much means that I went to Paramedic school for 4 years, instead of the usual 1.5, to 2 years. I love helping others, and plan on staying in the emergency medicine field until I retire. I have worked as both a street medic and as a "Remote Paramedic" working on oil rigs way out to sea in the Gulf of Mexico. I am currently employed as a Paramedic in a high call volume urban service, and love it!
