I can read mail, but if I delete it it just reappears. Also I cannot move Emails to another Yahoo EMail folder. Nor can I empty my trash folder. Tried clearing cookies and run anti virus scan. Any helpful ideas please?

I have seen on E-Bay and in a newspaper that some mobile 'phones have an SOS button at the back. I have been trying to find out how this works? Can you designate a number or does it just dial 999? Is there an extra tariff for this service?

Can a Kawasaki KC100 be converted to 12v? If so what changes have to be made to the wiring please? Also can a reg/rec be fitted in the circuit?

I realise it also means fitting 12v horn, coil, bulbs and battery.

As made it is 6v. Flywheel Magneto. Has a battery and rectifier, but no regulator mentioned in the wiring diagram.

Is there any info on the American Red Cross in London in 1946 please? Particularly in the Camden Town and Hackney areas? Did they have bases or depots there? If so where were they? What sort of work were they engaged in? Did they employ many English people as Field Directors?

On the ignition switch of a KYMCO Agility 50 scooter there are 4 wires. two are green, one black and one red. Where do each if these go to from the ignition switch please? (trying to fit an old 4 wire switch as the one on it is bust and the owner can't afford a new one.) Or is there an on line wiring diagram?

I have some files saved in Claris Works on some floppy disks several years ago. They were saved on a WIN 3.1 computer that had Claris Works already installed when I brought it.

I have tried to open these files in a WINDOWS 7 computer and WIN XP Pro SP3, and WIN 98 and WIN3,1 (Different computer, does not have Claris Works installed) but have been unsuccessful in gaining accesses to them.

I have tried Open Office, Abi Word, Notebook, Word. Also tried a couple of free downloads of trial programs to convert the files to Word, but the trial programs only convert a small part of the file.

Any helpful suggestions please for some freeware to do this task or other way to gain access to these files in Windows?

I have some Claris Works backup disks (3) but the WIN3.1, WIN 98 and WIN XP Pro SP3 computers just come up with "Disk not formatted" when I tried to use them to install the program.

I have been given an old computer from which the operating system had been uninstalled. (Not by me) I want to install WIN 3.1 on it and have the installation disks. I tried the computer out by installing UBUNTU which works okay.

Can anyone tell me in simple words how to install WIN 3.1 please? From doing a Google search it looks like I need a DOS Boot disk? But when searching for this found a whole list of them and have no idea which one to use, if that is correct how do I find out which one to use please?

On a Ford Mondeo the plastic cover that shuts over the filler cap has snapped. (The bit that opens when you lift the small lever to the right of the drivers seat.) Any helpful suggestions please on how to repair it? Does Epoxy putty work? Araldite? I need a temp fix for it while I search the breakers for a replacement.
