my modem is westell 327w

i connect my laptop w/ wireless internet connection to my 360 with an ethernet cable. it worked perfectly with no problems at all until about a week ago. when i test my connection, everything says confirmed until it gets to the mtu. i know my mtu is higher than the limit that live requires.

help?

well many of us know that MS is coming up with a 60 gig 360 pro around this summer. So what about the people, like myself, who already bought a 20 gig model? I don't really find it "fair" if the new consumers get 60 gig pro at the same price as the 20 gig right now...

Also, about that blu ray--I guess the format war is pretty much over. In simple words, blu ray won. Rumors are here and there that xbox with a blu ray (either internal or external) will become reality. Do you think the current 360 owners will get something in return IF MS makes a built-in blu ray xbox?

i brought my wireless controller over to my friend's house so that we could use my controller with his 360 elite (i have pro). It worked fine. Then, i came back to my house and tried to connect my controller to my xbox. It still worked, but there was one tiny problem. The ring of lights on my controller says its "1" (has to be 1 because i only have one controller), however my console says only controller 2, not any other, is connected.. Any help?

do you need to buy the official xbox wireless adapter to get wifi?

or can you buy any other wireless adapter, like d-link?
