im 5'8" 135 lbs. im trying to get bigger because im small, so ive been eating like 3500 calories a day (all healthy cals) ive been getting bigger, but i lost my 6 pack and am starting to gain fat on my stomach. i dont know what to do. should i start eating less and start burning calories or should i keep eating what i am. my arms, chest and legs are getting toned and bigger, but i dont want to have a fat stomach.

i asked if the heat would be the 2011 nba champs, or will they at least be a championship caliber team. everyone said no. so what are you guys thinking now?

lebron is my favorite player and i study his moves and use them in games. so after watching this move, i tried it in my game today, and everyone laughed at me and said i traveled. can someone tell me how i travelled. u r clearly allowed to take 6 steps as lebron does.

why dont they hate jordans bulls? he had hall of famers and superstars on his teams? and if u r gonna hate, dont hate wade. he didnt leave his team. he stayed and brought other stars with him like jordan. so i u hate the heat its like hating jordans bulls.

Heats Bench:

Udonis Haslem: great defender, very consistent, been with the heat his entire career, he knows whats up.

Mike Miller: great three point shooter. he could finish with the best 3pt % this year because of all the open shots he'll get.

Carlos Arroyo: he never turns the ball over. the heat dont need someone that can score. just someone that can bring the ball up and pass to wade or lebron with out getting the ball stolen.

Zydrunas Illgasukas: bad defense, but he's still a 7 footer with a good shot

Jamal Magloire: former allstar. big body that has 6 fouls to gaurd dwight howard

Eddie House: Good three point shooter. proved himself with the celtics during thier championship run

Almost all those players named right there were starters last year, and did alright. So how can people say the heat have no bench?

he sucks at shooting. he shoots like 40%. idc if he makes 5 threes in a row but misses the next 15. he sucked in the finals. he had one good game. he missed three times more game winners than he made. he lost twice in the finals which were both his fault for being a no show. he sucks at defense. all the good SG always outscore him now and drive on him all day, but the nba is all up on his jock and reward him with all nba defensive team honors. and last, he cant single handedly win a series.

has won a ring and finals MVP before Kobe, and has more 40 pt games in the finals than Kobe when Wade has only gone once while Kobe has gone 7 times?

why did the refs have to rig the 2002 WCF, just so the lakers would win. and why dont they put that on kobes career resume. that one of his rings was rigged. i mean its not his fault, but wouldnt that be fair to just take away the championship?

Matt Barnes is a good defender, but he in no where near lockdown. Kobe Bryant, this guy cant gaurd worth ****. Every decent player drops at least 20. In the finals he couldnt gaurd rondo or allen. He got EXTREMELY LUCKY ray allen went ice cold that series. And then when he guards dwayne wade, its like wade isnt even trying. He single handedly either beats the lakes or comes close to beating them, and guess who's the guy who's letting him get 40 a game. And no point of even saying anything about artest. he's slow, sucks on offense, and is NEVER going to stop Lebron. Real defenece is dwade. He comes in the top 10 in steals and top 20 in blocks for the past couple seasons.

Charles Barkley said that a super superstar doesnt switch teams but makes other superstars join them. Well, Wade got Bosh and Lebron to join him. And he already won a finals, in which arguably he put up the second best finals performance in NBA history. He won it single handedly avg. like 40 ppg. He also did that in just his third year, and he should've gone to the finals his second season if he didnt get hurt for game 7 in the ECF against the pistons. But anyways, if Wade does end up winning multiple rings, will he be considered one of the greatest all time, because people cant use the excuse he cant win on his own, when he already did at such a young age.

what makes lakers fans think they'll beat them now. Wade shits on the lakers every year and this year will be no different except for the fact the heat will sweep them for the next 5 years.

Lakers fan need to realize that the heat ARE better than the Lakers.

SG: Wade vs. Kobe -- Heat (no doubt wade he destroys kobe every year and even beat him with a garbage team. kobe got lucky with the bank, and who the hell banks a gw three?)

SF: Lebron vs. Artest -- Heat

PF: Gasol vs. Bosh -- Heat (lakers fans, prove to me how gasol is better. Bosh is a better scorer, more athletic, and plays better D)

C: Bynum vs. Big Z -- Lakers (unless bynum gets injured, then odom will have to start and haslem will shut his inconsistent *** down)

6th: Haslem vs. Odom -- Heat (odom is the MOST INCONSISTENT player in the nba. enough said)

7th: Mike Miller vs. Sasha -- Heat

8th: Steve Blake vs. whoever -- Lakers

Miami heat are clearly the better team and they might get jason williams and tmac too. Lakers fans are in denial, and need to admit that the heat are better.
