  • How can I find what is taking up space on my hard drive?

My hard drive is almost full and I can't figure out what is taking up so much space. I right clicked every folder to view its size to try to track down what is taking up so much of the space and I can't come up with the amount it says is being used. How do I track down the location of large files so I can do some house cleaning?

  • What are my legal rights as an atheist in the workplace?

Today is ask an atheist day, so I had a sticker on my shirt saying as much with an arrow pointing up that says "Atheist, ask away". The second my boss saw it he became disgusted, told me to remove it or go home. I asked him if I would be allowed to wear a christian T-shirt or wear a cross necklace to which he replied "That's different dude, atheist are like devil worshipers". I told him no we arn't, we are good people with morals who want to be a positive influence on the community. I said that is the whole point of today to allow people the opportunity to ask questions and change that perception. I told him that it was discrimination and possibly illegal to allow a believer that right and deny me the same liberty. He just said "Take it off, or there's the door". What are my rights here? But more importantly in general, as they may apply to a brought scoap of situations

I'm not looking to file a lawsuit, or actually take legal action in anyway, I just want to know my rights. There are different types atheists, some are quick to defend themselves and just into the offensive "your wrong I'm right blah blah blah", I grew up in church and that is part of the reason I left, to me its the same thing and I am not a hypocrite. I am what is referred to as an accommodating atheist. I don't care what anyone believes, I just want the liberty to believe what I want with being persecuted (..dont like that word, sounds dramatic, but all I could come up with) or looked upon differently than everyone else. If I am asked I will share my line of thinking, but I won't push others to join me or tell them that they are wrong.

I aware that pushing it to far could result in losing my job (which I also think might be illegal) but I want to know my legal rights before I take it any further.

  • Who deserves a title shot? (Your UFC rankings)?

Who in each UFC weight class do you believe deserves a title shot? and where do the rest stack up behind them on the ladder? What non-UFC fighters if signed would merit an immediate title shot?

    Example:

    Heavyweight:

    Champ- Brock Lesnar/Frank Mir

#1 Contender- Winner of Couture Noguiera (I usually think a fighter should have 2-3 big wins before getting a shot but with the HW division being so shallow marketability plays a huge factor, plus i personally want to see rematches, I know Nog can beat Mir and Couture was schooling the giant Lesnar just got caught)

2- Shane Carwin (HUGE victory over GG who I would have given this spot, would like to see him against another top contender before a title shot but have no doubt he is more skilled than current champ Brock Lesnar and just as big)

3- Behind Carwin it gets fuzzy but i think to establish another legit contender Joe Silva should pit undefeated Cain Velasquez against Cheick Kongo

    If signed- Fedor Emelianenko

    Light Heavyweight:

    Champ- Rashad Evans

#1 Contender- Lyoto Machida (I personally feel Rampage should have gotten an immediate rematch with Griffin but this fight is scheduled and should a good fight)

    2- Rampage

3- Winner of Thiago Silva/Forrest Giffin

4- Shogun Rua (this depends not only on him beating Chuck Liddell but also his cardio being back up to par, I feel Shogun is a shell of his former self after suffering 2 knee injuries that have ended the career of more than one football player, but with his credentials and pending a solid performance against Chuck I still feel he has his place in the title picture)

5- Luis Cane (2 TKOs in his last 2 fights against solid competition, some more big wins and some good marketing, could be a future title challenger)

If signed- Antonio Rogerio "Minotoro" Nogueira

    Middleweight:

    Champ- Anderson Silva

#1 Contender- Thales Leites (???How? not sure myself, good fighter but IMO if this fight wasn't already set in stone I would put him at the 4th or 5th spot)

2- Demian Maia (Undefeated, 5 straight submissions in the UFC, with Anderson's 1 weakness being wrestling and not caring if the fight goes to the ground I give Maia a good shot)

3- Yushin Okami/Nate Marquardt (both these guys deserve rematches with Silva, Joe Silva make this fight happen)

4- Richardo Almeida (rumor has it he may move down to WW though)

5- Yoshihiro Akiyama (has the credentials lets see how he does trading the octagon for the ring)

    If signed- Robbie Lawler

    Welterweight:

    Champ- Georges St. Pierre

#1 Contender- Thiago Silva (coming off a great year, pummeled 170's top fighters just like GSP did in 2005)

2- Jon Fitch/Dustin Hazelett (Fitch has proven he belongs at the top but needs another win or two to get a rematch with GSP, Hazelett has shown a solid game since his UFC depute and his only recent loss being to Josh Koscheck, a fight which IMO he was winning and may have been called a tad early)

3- Josh Koscheck (a top contender, got caught in his recent fight but if he keeps getting fights at the pace he has he should have no problem racking up the wins to get right back up to the front of the line)

4- Matt Serra/Hughes (These guys are still in it having only lost to the champ and #1 contender recently)

    If signed- Jack shields

    Lightweight

    Champ- BJ Penn

#1 Contender- Kenny Florian (finally this fight is signed)

2- Diego Sanchez (If he gets past Clay Guida that is)

3- Gray Maynard/Sean Sherk (Sherk needs another win to get a rematch with Penn/Florian, and Gray needs a battle with the cream of the crop)

4- Tyson Griffin (would love to see him finish a fight but a top contender none the less)

5- Joe Lauzon (but with his recent injury he will be out of competition for a year or more)

If signed- Shinya Aoki, Eddie Alvarez

  • NSAC starts random testing, how will this effect MMA?

    http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/templates/dail...

The Nevade State Athletic Commision (the largest governing body in the US has finally taken a step to rid the sport of MMA from steroids once and for all. This will be a HUGE deterent for fighters who have in the past simply beat the system to discontinue steroid use altogether. But there are two possible outcomes. One, all major fighters who rely on competing in MMA to earn their living will discontinue use of illegal substances in and the sport of MMA will be purified. Two, we will see posative tests across the board far worse than rising numbers witnessed in 2007. Of course there is always the possability that "whiznator" sales will reach an all time high as well.

What are your opinions, will this have a drastic effect on MMA in 2008? What will the outcome of this new policy be?

  • How to play poker with Xiang qi (Chinese Chess) pieces?

When I was younger I went to a boarding school with alot of asian guys and we used to play Xiang qi (Chinese Chess) and we also used to take the Xiang qi pieces and play a poker type game where everyone drew pieces, and the guy who had won the Chess game would play first by saying a number and everyone had to play that many pieces, then whoever had the best hand called out the next number (I remeber hands included multiple pawns, 2 guards/cars/cannons ect. and the best hand was a single red queen but was worthless is played in a hand of more than 1 peice) and whoever won the last hand won the game and got to call the first number of the next game.

Anyone know the name of this game or where I can find the rules? It was alot of fun and more fun than poker IMO.

  • Could Nick Diaz beat Gomi again?

After sitting out due to a suspension after the biggest fight of his career Diaz hasn't really shown to be the same fighter, he went the distance with a nobody, some even thought he should have lost (I definatly think the judges made the right call it just wasn't all that impressive) and his last fight was called due to cuts above both his eyes, I wasn't very impressed with his opponent, swinging wildly throwing bombs, but he was messing up Daiz' face (kinda like Gomi before he got gogo'd). So with Diaz struggling with lower competition (altough Gomi has yet to sign a contract with anyone so he hasn't fought since)would the outcome be the same? If they fought 10 times how many would Diaz win?

  • New to boxing...going to Mosley/Cotto as press, please help!?

I've been writing articles for a combat magazine for about six months and have been offered the opportunity to see Miguel Cotto and "Sugar" Shane Mosley fight LIVE at Madison Square Garden. Every article I've been writing has been about Mixed Martial Arts which I have watched since I was 10 years old and followed extensively for the last 4 years (I'm only 20). I've never really followed Boxing let alone been a fan, a few months back when there when Floyd Mayweather was talking sh*t on the UFC (to get more press for his upcoming fight) and there was a media frenzy over the issue of Boxing vs MMA, I decided I should give boxing a shot and watched De La Hoya vs Mayweather, to be honest most of the fight was boring as hell (due to Mayweather's unwillingness to exchange) but I suffered through it was really surprised to see that the judges disagreed with me giving the decision to Floyd. I'm really into the video game Fight Night Round 3 so I understand the beauty of boxing when executed...

  • Did Fedor's manager use him sell his company?

In every interview that Fedor has been asked about his contract and who he will sign with he makes it pretty obvious that he doesn't really know whats going on as far as contract negotiations and that they will have to ask his manager (something not uncommon among athletes) and his manager Finklestein has also done several interviews saying that the UFC was the biggest offer but didn't like exclusivity, now Fedor has signed an exclusive contract with M-1 (also owned by Finklestein) only he also sold M-1 to company to be announced later this month (I'd be willing to put a weeks check that is HDnet owner Mark Cuban). Did Fedor get screwed? It seems pretty obvious that Finklestein used his power as Fedor's negotiator to drive up the price of his company (M-1 is a very small promotion in Russia, if you have heard of it, its only because of Fedor). Should Fedor get a new manager? I mean who can he fight Josh Barnett, Couture (just resigned from the UFC) then who? His legacy is in jeopardy..

  • What did you think of WEC 30?

Here is my review (to be published in an upcoming issue of Latin Boxing Magazine).

For those of you who missed it, September 5th was World Extreme Cage fighting’s 30th event to date and what a night of fast paced action it was. With 7 of the 10 fights ending in the very first round the WEC guys put on quite a show. Chase Beebe the newly crowned Bantamweight Champion put his title on the line for the first time against jiu-jitsu master Rani Yahya and fan favorite “Razor” Rob McCullough took on UFC veteran Richard Crunkilton.

The live broadcast started out with Bantamweight fighters Jeff Bedard and Miguel Torres squaring off. After a brief exchange Bedard gets the takedown into Torres’ guard, Torres attempts an arm bar that Bedard shucks off but Torres uses the transition to move away from the cage. Bedard postures up to begin some ground and pound and Torres quickly slaps on a triangle choke forcing Jeff Bedard to tape out at 2 minutes 30 seconds in the very first round.

  • Whats up with girls gone wild commercials during UFC on SpikeTV?

They are trying to go mainstream and yet they are tiny little stars away from having porno on every 15 minutes! and its not even just SpikeTV that crap is all over, I'm so glad I have Tivo and can fast forward, but seriously I watch all the PPVs at my friends house with his mom and dad, and several girls who did not appriciate the constant porn on between fights at UFC 70.

I'll admit sex sells but I think ring girls more than do the job, I don't know how many times I've been watching TV with my little cousin and GGW commercials come on, while I'm sure he loves it and there is sex everywhere, these commercials are just to much, with all the FFC crackdown I can't believe these are allowed on TV, at least before 9pm geez

  • Where does a nice guy go to meet girls?

I dated in high school but I moved out at 16 so while I haven't been living in poverty for the last 4 years I haven't been finacially in a place where I feel I can pay for dinners and movies every other weekend so I really haven't made any attempt at all to meet girls the last two years but I've got a great job now and that has changed. I have basically hung out with the same group since graduation and we have basically become a family, unfortuantly that family doesn't envolve any single girls. We really cut back on our partying after growing up and my idea of a good time has really changed from getting drunk and acting crazy to sitting back with a few beers and enjoying some conversation or playing dominos. I've always been the "nice guy" and while I'm a bigger guy I'm also tall so it fits me well and I'm not bad looking at all (especially if you like guys with long hair). So where do I go to meet girls? We go to the occasional movie and restaurant...

On Yahoo! Sports Kevin Lole gave us the opportunity to ask Dana White questions, I emailed him about 10 different questions and was happy to see that one of them was selected to be answered by the UFC president but really pissed off at the answer check it out:

    MOVIE TRAILERS ON PPV?

How come when I pay $40-$50 on a PPV why do I have to sit through a movie trailer? Is that not a commercial? That's why I paid for the event, so I didn't have to sit through commercials. Please don't get money hungry and continue screwing the fans! -Joseph Barnett

Dana White: Oh, my God. This is ridiculous. I won't answer this one.
