  • Rebuilding Credit with Credit Card?

I have just got a secured credit card and I'm attempting to rebuild my credit so that I may be able to purchase a house in the near future. My first statement ended March 24 and my payment due date is April 21. I have already made payment of the full balance. Therefore: Balance is zero. When should I charge again? Should I wait until I get my next statement with a balance of zero or should I charge every month and pay in full every month?

  • credit counseling to buy a home?

Here's the skinny: I would like to qualify for a FHA loan. My credit is in shambles because until a year ago, I was unemployed. I have a car repo and various other bad things on my credit report. What I am looking for is a legit credit counseling company to tell me the best way to repair my credit on my own in the shortest amount of time. I know that an FHA loan will take you even if you have significant blemishes on your credit. I want an expert to sit down with me and go line by line to make a plan. Should I just contact a bank that does the FHA loans and see if someone could help me or is there something else I can do. I'm well aware that I could repair everything on my own with time and that somethings just take time when it comes to credit. However, my researching online has just seemed to confuse me evenmore and I'm not sure what is the best course of action. Thanks.

  • How do I rebuild my credit with a credit card?

My credit is in shambles and I am just now back into a financial situation to fix it. I am planning to get a secured credit card with a limit of $300. How is the best way to bring up the score? (It's got a looooong way to go). I know to only charge under 30% of my limit. But do I pay off the balance each month. Or do I pay around 80% of the balance. I'm reading conflicting advice. Again, I'm rebuilding my credit, not trying to maintain credit. Thanks!

  • 11 month old using breast as paci.?

Okay. I have a breastfed baby and will be weaning her soon. The problem that I'm having is that the only way I can get her to sleep is nursing her. (We co-sleep). I know this is a BAD habit that I've let ourselves fall into, but alas, when you are exhausted, you'll do anything to get some rest. Anyway, she won't take a bottle, and plays around with a sippy. Most of the time, whatever fluid she takes into her mouth is spit right back out. How should I go about breaking this habit along with the weaning?

    Please no smart-assed remarks.

  • Can anyone recommend a reference book about Celtic/Irish Mythology (Especially about the Tuatha De Danann)?

I'm really interested in Irish/Celtic mythology and about the Tuatha De, and Tir na Nog and the Fae and such. Is there some good books (reference) out there. Any recommendation? Thanks.

  • How long can you carry the HPV Virus?

I just recently had a pap that came back abnormal. And have been diagnosed with the HPV virus. The reason for my question is that I have been in a monogomos relationship for nearly two years and my other paps have always come back fine. I want to know if I should be worried if my boyfriend has been as true as I have been.

  • Best place for a gulf coast vacation.?

I'm trying to figure out a great place my boyfriend and I to go for vacation. We are Georgia residents and don't want to have to travel to far. I need a beach and he needs something perhaps historic to keep his interest. Also, his 5 year old son may be going with us. So what would be the best place that would cover all of our needs. It doesn't necessarily have to be on the gulf coast. That would just be a plus for me.

    Thanks

  • Best moisturizers for itchy, dry, semi-flaky skin?

Okay, for about 3 weeks I have had I guess what you could call a little skin condition. My whole body itches, is dry, and slightly flaky. No rashes or little bumps or anything. I've tried many different lotions and even put baby oil on twice a day. Nothing seems to help. Any recommendations?

  • If you speak Spanish, could you translate this for me?

My boyfriend sung this song to me, but I don't speak Spanish. I would really love to know what it says.

  • How can I show him that I want to be there?

My boyfriend and I have a string of obstacles to overcome. I'm 20 and he's 33. He's going through a separation/divorce, where his wife cheated on him and hurt him very much. (I've never been married) His son is all the way across the country. (I don't have children). And we are from 2 totally different cultures. I feel that because of these huge differences he won't let me in. How do I show him I'm not his ex-wife, I want to be a part of his life and his son's, and that I want to share everything good and bad. I'm will to accept everything but I can't seem to get through to him.
