I was interviewed by a newspaper on the street didn't realize that they took my picture and published it online. The problem is that they took a picture of my child that was with me! What can I do if I don't want to expose my child publicly?Can I ask them to remove the image?

She has only given me 30 days to get out. is this legal? i thought they had to tell you 90 days in advance with out charging you for rent during that time, is this true? I live in East Los Angeles California. please help.

Why are Obama supporters saying that they will vote McCain if Hillary wins the election, and vice versa. Don't be hipocrates people, even though you might not like obama or clinton, either one of them will do a better job than another republican in office. Obama's and Hillary's views are similar, but Mccain's are totally opposite. so if you support either Obama or Clinton, dont turn your back on your party just because you dont like the other person, and let a republican win.

A paerson "explains" the contract to you in English, but the papers he "explained" and makes you sign are in French, per say. Is that leagal?
