I'm an avid participant in Bikram yoga. Next month I will be getting breast implants (moderately sized, saline, submuscular). The surgeon said I may resume aerobic activity after a few weeks, but as a good portion of Bikram involves floor work I am wondering: how long will it be before I can resume my yoga practice safely? I don't want to take off too much time from it, but I also don't want to injure myself or jeopardize my health. Thanks in advance.....

A few years ago I had an experience I have never been able to understand. While I was sound asleep it felt like I was hit in the face with a softball of light. I felt my head literally whip back in the pillow from force. I immediately jerked awake and stumbled blindly to the bathroom, where it took a few minutes to be able to focus and actually see my reflection. It scared the bejeebies out of me. I've never experienced it again since, but would love to know if anyone had any insight. Thanks.

My sister has custody of her 3 daughters in NY State & has been offered a good job elsewhere. How far can she move her family? Her husband has them every other weekend. Any insight or tips/links would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My sister's husband (they're separated, she has custody of their 3 girls) convinced her to file their taxes together since they were together most of the year & he always did their taxes. She found out that he got the check back on 2/16 and has been lying to her when she inquires about it. Her share is over 2 grand for federal alone. She has also learned that he has spent all but $700 of it. (He bought a plasma tv & new tempurpedic bed for him & his new girlfriend, among other things.)

Oh, and she held 3 jobs last year while he worked part time for most of it.....

The man is slime. When he steals from her, he steals from his own kids.

Regardless of the fact that she obviously shouldn't have filed w/ him (too late now) is there any legal recourse for her? Can she get her money from him through legal channels? Any advice on how she should proceed? Thanks!

My husband is getting his PhD in East Asian Studies with the intent to become a college professor. How much do college professors with a PhD earn annually, as opposed to those who do not have their PhD?

My co-worker & I IM at work using AOL. Is there any way for my employer to read what we say? Likewise, can they ever read the e-mails from my personal Yahoo! account if I check them on my work computer? Thanks!
