Bikram Yoga & Breast Implants?
I'm an avid participant in Bikram yoga. Next month I will be getting breast implants (moderately sized, saline, submuscular). The surgeon said I may resume aerobic activity after a few weeks, but as a good portion of Bikram involves floor work I am wondering: how long will it be before I can resume my yoga practice safely? I don't want to take off too much time from it, but I also don't want to injure myself or jeopardize my health. Thanks in advance.....
BTW, I don't need to lose weight. I'm doing Bikram for the health of my mind, body & spirit. And FYI, I'm having implants as breast reconstruction from a preventive double masectomy, so I'll thank you to keep your answers pertinent to the question.
