I ate 10 donuts today but went on a 10 minute walk, did that burn off the calories?

Hello. I went on a 10 minute, fast paced walk. Did that burn the fat I would have gained from the 10 donuts I ate?

Walking 10 minutes doesn't even burn off 100 calories. You ate about 3,000.  Google calories in donuts and calories burned during exercise.

Allow about a one hour walk per donut......

No.  Maybe a third of one donut.   Exercise has almost nothing to do with significant fat loss or gain.   An hour of elliptical = 1 large cookie.

    It's preposterous!

Homeostasis is our biggest calorie burner.

No.  If you weigh around 200 lb, it would take you six hours of very fast walking to burn ten donuts' worth of calories.  If you weigh less, it would take longer.
