I recently changed my eating habits.I try not to eat after 6pm and I am pretty successful with that.I still eat some junk food and I haven't necessarily changed what I eat for meals.I weighed 320 pounds 2 months ago.I currently weigh 285.Everything seems normal except I always feel very hyper now.I do NOT exercise at all.I am worried that I may have something serious.I am do for a yearly physical in 1 month.Is there anything specific I should ask them to check for just in case?
