Two things happened with this. On the final documents of a child support modification my attorney failed to enter in a date for the child support to increase. Basically it should have increased April '08 but the way its written doesn't indicated specifically when it was to be adjusted. Second thing wrong is she sent the final to the other attorney for him to verify, sign and file with the courts. Well he forgot to do that and it wasn't filed until late last year - should have been filed in Jan 2006. Now my attorney wants a $1500 retainer to fix a mistake that she made. Does anyone know any legal actions that can be taken against her in the state of Georgia?

How to convert a chapter 13 bankruptcy into a chapter 7 in Georgia? My order has been in effect for 38 months. Was just informed that it will be another 15 months before it will be over. I would rather just convert it rather than keep paying. Has anyone ever did one on their own without an attorney?

My T-Bird wont start. You get in the car, try to crank it and it wont turn over. Its not acting as if the battery is dead so I'm lost as to what could be wrong.
