I was in a hurry at the grocery store and grabbed mango jam, when what I really needed was mango chutney. I don't know much about chutney, but it called for it in a recipe. Is it possible to salvage it or do I have to head back to the store? And do I find it with jams and jellys at the store or is it generally found in a different area?

I know blurred vision can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, but I'm not getting the other symptoms. No swelling, and my blood pressure has been low throughout the whole pregnancy. I woke up this morning with blurry vision and its gradually starting to go away I think, but not completely. Has anyone else experienced this before?
