I just noticed that a lot of webpages are saying that they aren't available. For example, I tried to go to my yahoo mail and charter mail. The webpages at first work fine. As soon as I choose mail, the page says that it is not available. Could this be a virus? I had a lot of pop-ups today, and I'm not sure if one managed to get through and install a virus without me even clicking it. I'm afraid that I might have a virus. Can someone help?

I was using Windows Vista, then I sent my laptop in for a keyboard replacement. While it was out, I asked a family member (Who has a JOB in the computer business,repairing computers) to update it to Windows 7. When I got my laptop back, any type of voice-reading software used to send your voice over the internet (Such as a headset or microphone) would not work. They would not read my voice, or anything else. What should I do?
