It looked like two halves of a car joined in the middle buy the riveted "fin". I don't remeber it and it's driving me nuts!

Especially if you are the only one who voted for your answer. If others voted yours the best I think it would be more meaningful. But if the answers are put to a vote because the asker didn't want to pick one or it expired, do you feel cheated because you thought yo ugave a really good answer, yet no one seemed to care enough to choose an answer as the best answer and it's resolved by a vote? Yes I admit that I feel that way because even though you get "free" points, it doesn't feel like you helped anyone or accomplished much if anything.

I know I am risking quite a bit with this question,but can anyone help me? My computer is becoming a crash-a-holic and I think it's windows taht's causing me endless frustration and also probably the cause of Firefox crashing once every so often. Firefox will even crash on Yahoo! Anyways, any possibilities out there? It's either that or Buy a "good" copy of XP.

I must admit to being guilty of this myself, though unintentionally. I have learned to give more informative and thoughtful answers now though. Because I want to earn my points and I want to know that whoever chose my question as a best answer believes that Iknow what I am talking about. What about you?

Do you think it's fair to give points to people by virtue of the fact that you know them, rather than because they actually had the best answer? I don't think it's fari to give a person best answer just because they are your friend, relative or acquaintace UNLESS their answer is better than the ones given by others.

I have to ask because it's bugging me as to how many people ask/answer questions using shortcuts, like not using vowels or just shortening words. For example:please becomes PLZ.

I find that Firefox tends to crash when you go to a page that takes a little while to load. Anyone Know why? Despite this, I still prefer it to IE. IE crashes even more.
