How much would I gain in improvement?
Assuming a 4.0Litre V6
If I install a cat-back exhaust system in my 03 Ranger, how much of an improvement would this be over the stock exhaust?
I am kind of looking for a percentage. I.e. replacing the entire exhaust system engine-back with headers, increasing the pipe diameter to 2.5" from the stock, replacing the 4 cats(1 in each bank into 2 before the muffler. This would give me 100% improvement or the maximum I can get.
I also am planning on a cold air intake as well. My overall goal is to get a performance and a fuel economy bump too.
