Looking for a particular Dissociative Identity Disorder Study?
I was told, by a psychiatrist, that there was a study done about Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), formerly Multiple Personality Disorder, years ago possibly at Harvard. The interesting part of this study is that as the "alters" changed they took vitals and did labs. The vitals and lab results were significantly different as the "alters" changed, potentially indicating that DID is a legit diagnosis. I am currently writing a paper about DID and would love to find this study, but have been unable to even through my school's online library. Any help would be greatly appreciated, such who the doctor who did the study.
1 AnswerPsychology1 decade agoWhere can I order a weeping pussy willow tree for cheap?
I bought a weeping pussy willow at my local grocery store this spring and wanted to get one for my sister for her wedding, but I can't find them anywhere online for less than $100. I paid around $20. Any suggestions?
3 AnswersGarden & Landscape1 decade agoObtaining a Bachelor in Social Work in NC?
My ultimate goal is to get my LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of NC. I am just starting out. I work full time and a single mother. I do not have a lot of extra time to attend a traditional college. I am currently enrolled in an online degree program to get my BA in Psychology. The problem is that is expensive and I am unsure if getting a MSW in NC requires a BSW or if I could get an MSW after obtaining a BA in Psychology. I need some advice to find the cheapest, online or hybrid (Western NC area) program to reach my goal of LCSW. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was curious if anyone had any statistics to the prevelence of PTSD in prisoners of war. If the research has been done (and I imagine it has) what percentage of POW's suffer from PTSD.
2 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoHow do you set up a network to use Tivo?
I currently have internet, digital cable, and phone service through my cable company. I also have a tivo. I want to manage my Tivo using a network and get rid of my home phone service. Right now my computer using a cable modem and it is in my bedroom. My tivo is in the living room and I don't want to run a wire from my bedroom to the living room. I am assuming I will need to do wireless. I want to know the easiest way to do this, preferably with step by step instructions. And also, the minimal equipment I need to buy to do so. I am thinking I need a router and a wireless connector for the tivo. Thanks for any help.
1 AnswerTiVO & DVRs1 decade agoDecal Paper for printer that will work for a decal to put on my car?
I am looking for a decal paper that I can print from home and then have the decal withstand outside weathering. I want to make a decal for my car. I have tried this with different products and found that they will not stay on my car after several days. Also have found that white works best because once the image is printed you can see it against the tinting of the windshield. Any suggestions are appreciated.
1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)1 decade agoWhy did I receive mostly Obama Support phone calls?
I am registered as a democrat in North Carolina. We had our primary yesterday and in the weeks leading up to the election I have received a number of calls, mostly from the Obama Camp. A handful of those calls have been from Clinton. I have talked with other registered voters and it seems that they too are receiving calls from one candidate more than the other. I imagine it is demographics. I am 27. But not sure what the benefit would be to alienate part of your own party. Any ideas?
5 AnswersElections1 decade agoLooking for fabric with neighborhood or houses?
I am looking for a fabric that has a neighborhood look (i.e. houses, trees, mailboxes) nothing realistic, but more cartoonish. Or a fabric with apartment type buildings (paris looking architecture). I would rather purchase from a online fabric store rather than ebay, so I can order the amount I need. Any links or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
