I am in Quebec and I heard (rumours only maybe) that I can work up to 18 hours and still get unemployment. This would be beneficial to me right now as I would like to reduce my hours so I can study part time. I am not a Canadian citizen though - I am a permanent resident and have worked full time for almost two years, then part time for a few months. Thanks

So my husband woke up in the middle of the night feeling sick and his skin was very cold but clammy - like he had a temperature also but he was cold to touch. He says it was similar to sea sickness - the feeling he had. Its not the first time this has happened and i think he should see a Doctor but him being male doesnt agree :) any advice?

We recently bought a home in Canada which was built in 1935. It used to be a school house and apparently the teacher used to live in the attic - there are windows already there but over the years it has just been used for storage and needs re-floored and insulated. Can we just go ahead and do the work ourselves?

I have a new fridgedaire oven which has a self cleaning option but i cant find the manual right now to see how it works..do i need to time it or does it switch off automatically when its done? Do i need to take the shelves out first?

I have my clips on my PC (which is running on vista) and they are quicktime, movie maker wont let me import them as they are .mov files - how do u convert them or can anyone advise which codec i need to download in order to sort the problem out? thanks

Air Canada with two stops and British Airways with one stop. I have flown with Air Canada before and really enjoyed it - I am a nervous flyer. Can anyone let me know the better of the two airlines as I have never gone with BA before - the only attraction with them is the one stop - the price is pretty much the same. Cheers!
