I'm going to Army National Guard basic training and AIT for 4 months, will I still keep my elected position?
I serve on a small village board, I know any job is secure, but this is elected. The recruiter says I do, but any additional advice is welcome. I just got elected in April for 2 years. I live in Wisconsin in case that matters. Thank you very much for any help.
