I've done cross country and track in high school, however the college i go to only has cross country. while we do sprinting workouts its still not the same as track. my question is does the distance running that I'm running year round to train for xc have any impact on my sprinting. i did a lot of 200 and 400 in track and would still like to be able to run those times in a track meet

I'm in my senior year. Last year my best in the 800 was a 2:20 but I've had a lot of summer work and got my 5k down to a 17:35. My mile is a 4:47 and 400 is a 54.2 and so far this year I've ran a 2:05 twice. If it helps my best 1k is 2:45. I've got a month before the state meet. Is it possible to break 2?

i might be getting a motorola bravo and was wondering how good it was? personal experiences would be great.

I am looking to get one of these virgin mobile phones. Regarding the price of the two, which one is better? I have had some experience and am wondering which phone is better for apps, facebook, and web browsing. Personal experiences would be good. I would like to know if the phones lags, slow web browsing, etc.
