I am in a salaried position with my company. Since assuming my current position 40 weeks ago my job requirements cause me to average over 50 hours per week. I have tracked my hours worked and I am already over 1800 hours for the year. I did not sign a contract or anything stating that my job would require 10-12 additional hours every week since assuming the new position.

I would like to replace my router with a switch to give four desktop computers internet capability.
