A box appears it says hpoevm08.exe and program is not ending end now.How do I get rid of it

from my documents and email it to someone

I have a yahoo pop up blocker and a google pop up blocker

How can I get a free anti virus program .Every time I download one that says free,It checks and finds viruses but then it says I have to pay to get rid of them.
