i dont know why but when i plug it to computer charging is on after some times it stops chargin i dont see the lightening in the battery icon in itunes also in ipod too?

i have drivers Lan_Broadcom(5787)_9.25.0.0_XP inside drivers there are 3 files as show in the image

there isnt a installation wizard so how do i install the drivers i have tried installing from device manager manually direct it to the folder but didn't worked what should i do help....

also i have Acer TravelMate 4240 notebook any link to the drivers or help with the drivers will appriciate

i have 3D Glasses Red and Cyan but they dont work actually i got the glasses and a card 3D real it pop outs actually awesome effect but i dont see any defference in monitor the video doesnt pop out or any images all i see some crap colours....
