im 14 and almost 5'7.....and im a girl.....i also weigh 152....also is that a normal weight for me height and age?

at my school we have fitness testing and we have to do push ups.....i have no upper body strength and i cant even do one push up.....i dont have weights at home to use or anything like that......i really need to gain some upper body strength...how can i do this?
