Ok so i know ideally i want to have both of these on my resume when i apply for dental schools but i just dont have much time for both of them, so im trying to pick which one i should devote more time to and will end up being a better choice for dental admissions:

I could either do:

Dental volunteering, helping out at dental free clinics by doing chairside assistance

or

Work on a research project at the scripps institute of oceanography on a story that time magazine put out with the possibility of getting published

which should i do?

Currently I attend UCSD and I have a 3.2 gpa being a junior

I have shadowing experience from an oral surgeon for about 100 hors surgery time

I also do volunteer work at the local dental clinic providing hair side assistance to a dentist for families who can't afford dental care

I also do research at the scripps institute of oceanography, ranked number one in the nation for research through medium of oceanography. (I'll be getting my own Project)

I will be taking my Dat this summer and hopefully I will score 20 overall on all parts

I also had an internship with a technologies company in which I traveled around the world with the CEO acting as an adequate translator to expand his company oversees. Plus do paperwork and search for engineers suitable for the job.

What do you guys think my chances are in geTting into dental school?

Btw my declared major is biochemistry/chemistry

Ok so im burning this mix cd for this girl and i want her to be able to play it in her car/stereo system at home etc. However when i clicked the burn disk option it assked me to pick either audio, mp3 or data CD. Which one do i pick so that she could be able to play it in her car and stereo at home.

and if someone could explain the difference that would be great =D

ok so this i have been seeing for a while is the best girl i have met in my entire life. i have taken her on like 4 dates and on the 3rd date i set up a romantic set up (candles, strawberries and me playing ukulele and singing for her) at the beach and we kissed. Now this is the thing, i told her i like her alot and she said that she really liked me too, but the thing is im kinda nervous asking her to be my girlfriend because is it too soon? or not idk....but anyway the other thing is that she lives in arizona and i live in cal, should i wait to ask her out untill next year, or should i seal the deal now (i only got 1 week of school left....i leave thursday)

Ok so this is kinda like our 3rd outing together, first i took her to the movies, then we had a small dinner thing, and now im gonna go all out tonight and take her to a romantic beach night. What im doing is setting up a picnic like thing with strawberries and chocolate with a redish blanket with candles surrounding us while i play the ukulele under the stars for her. Now i really dont wanna screw things up with her and i really do like her....and i really wanna kiss her and im not gonna be a puss about it.....but how to i work up to the kiss...like what should i say before or do before...

ok so im taking this girl i really like to the beach at night, i wanted to set up a blanket, put out some strawberries and what not but the thing is i wanted to get one of those flare things that you like break open or something and it illuminates a red firey glow or something? Do you guys know where i can get something like or perhaps a different suggestion, i want some kind of romantic glow of light if you guys know what im talking about

ok so i am a freshman at UCSD and for my first quarter gpa i got a 3.333 i dont know if thats good and i really want to get into medical school

is this a good gps, if its not good am i screwed for medical school

So she was a dance once and i had asked her to dance and she smiled and said yes and we danced for a little bit and said her friend needed her and what not.

couple months after that i saw her at another dance and was kinda near her and i noticed her looking back at me a couple of times. Im not sure if she was looking at me like she was worried about dancing with me or that she wanted me to ask her i have no idea. (Maybe you girls out there can answer this one, what it means to look back at a guy)

I kow this is a little early in the game to be asking this but it has been my first quarter at UCSD as a freshman and i messed up my Chemistry 6A course pretty badly seeing as how i got somewhere around a B-/C+, and A's in my other classes. 1 B-/C+ and 2 A's basically for my first quarter of freshman year for college and i know chemistry is a big part for Medical school so im asking, is my GPA already way to low to even consider being a physician or am i still "ok" for my career.....im prolly just paranoid right now

At first it was going great, we started kissing and holding eachother, we even slept next to eachother every night (didnt have sex though)

But then she heard a rumor about me sleeping with other women and found out that i still talk to my EX girlfriend. I do still talk to my EX but just as a friend. I think she took it the wrong way and i tried explaining it to her but she doesnt beleive me. We have knwon eachother for about 4 weeks and i tried having 1 on 1 talks with her and she told me that she doesnt trust a relationship and that there is no hope for a second chance (idk if it was to soon to say that idk i luv her to much to lose her)

i have tried spending more time with her but she says that she is not ready and every time i ask her to do something she is doing it with someone else. ok im in college and there is this really awesome girl who lives upstairs and we both like eachother and i have made it very apparent to her that i want to be her boyfriend.

however just recently one of my suitemates went up to her out of nowhere and told her that i have been with other girls while i was getting close to her 0.o . like i was sleeping with other gurls while i was with her.

now she is friends with all of my suitemates and i talked to her about that, how it was a ******* lie, but she says that she trusts everyone down ther and therefore doesnt know who to believe and said that she still wants to be friends, but i still wanna be her boyfriend and now she doesnt due to this. i mean i dont want her and i to end due to some stupid *** rumor that is not even true...

what do i do....

so i recieved a 65/100 and i knew i could have done a whole lot better

however we take 3 midterms and we get to drop the lowest of the three. I was hoping that i could ace this midterm so i dont have to worry about the other two that much but now im terrified. Of course as the class procedes the material gets more intense. Am i still ruined for a good grade in this class (btw im the nervous type and always freak out on a bad test)

anyone help?
