ive smoked weed for 4 years and i want to stop . ive been sober 1 day. But even after this 1 day i have crazy cravings. I would like to know if anyone has any tips for me to stop and get my life back on track. Ive lost a girlfriend and friends over this drug and i hate myself for it and i blame myself for being so caught up on marijuana that i dont think about the real life situations going on. Any real help would be welcomed and id love to hear some peoples stories who just quit like myself so i can have some motivation..this is harder than i ever thought. i never thought you could get addicted especially only after 4 years. Please help me out if you can!!!!

okay so im 22 now and started smoking weed at 18 . My senior year of higschool. I really want to quit as weed has slowed down my maturity i feel and also lost me so many friends along the way because i couldnt pay them back or they got mad about something weed related. I live in a place where weed is popular and very accesible. I want to quit so bad but ive only lasted 1 day. Today. lol. But look i want some tips on stuff i can do to say clean and sober and maybe some tips of better things to do to get my mind off the cravings of marijuana. I feel like my life has taken a turn for the worst while using this drug as i have no motivation , a horrible attitude and my social life is falling apart as we speak. Any real tips for helping me quit or stories of how you quit yourself would be more than welcome. I just want to get over this and be happy again. This drug is an illusion not your friend i wish i could have come to realize this before i lost so many people over it. Again Thank you for any good answers and help you can give me.

Ive been dating my girlfriend now for 3 months is very pretty and witty. I like everything about her from looks 2 her personality 2 her religon. she is very religous and has gotten me into going 2 church every sunday and becoming more religous myself. But the thing is idk if im really ready 2 be that person she says she needs and wants in a relationship even tho i have so many feelings for her. We talk and she says that she is on the steps of falling in love with me and i feel that if i tell her this she will drop me. And i lose the girl of my dreams.. Idk what 2 do because she makes me feel like she doesnt need me at all but then when we break up and get back together she is always saying she missed me and wanted me back. If i tell her my feelings on religon do you think she will stay with me? ... all answers are very welcome.

My girlfriend and i have been going out for almost 2months now and we both feel our relationship is becoming very serious..2 my disbelief we've even talked about marriage and if we felt we were right for one another. The thing is my girlfriend doesnt seem 2 believe anything i tell her she says she thinks im a pathological liar when in all honesty i just try 2 relate 2 her as best i can and tell her something that has happend in my past that i feel can help her thru her situation. Ever since ive met her ive been falling in love with everything about her but she makes me feel as if nothing i do is right. She will make fun of me and say things under her breath about me all the time assuming im either 2 stupid or just 2 dumb to notice. I dont know what to do nemore because i want to be with her so bad but i feel like she doesnt want anything 2 do with me alot of the time and when she is angry or upset with me she will ignore me for days at a time. Im becoming more understanding with her ignoring me and not letting it get me down as much as it used 2 since i see it as she wants 2 be with me but doesnt want 2 deal with me on a personal basis. Our communication is great sometimes and iffy other times. Sometimes i can tell her something and she thinks im lying 2 her to tell her what she wants 2 hear when im just telling her how i feel. And when i feel disrespected by something she may have said 2 me and i tell her she seems 2 not care at all and then switch the blame 2 me.. I just dont get it? is it me? am i the cause of this confusion? idk what 2 do nemore.. any answers that can help me out are extremely welcome.

Ive always wondered this because Jordan recently got inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame and in his speech he barely gave Scottie Pippen the respect I feel he deserved for Jordan's sucess. Lets remember that Scottie is a top 50 NBA player according to the NBA Legends top 50 on NBA.com...so my question stands..was Jordan really going to win 6 with steve kerr, Bill Wellington, Luke Longley, Rodman, and BJ Armstrong??

Drew Brees on because of his accuracy an pocket saviness the kid is a beast and his isnt some juggernaught 6'4-6'5 freak like Manning, Brady, Big Ben and Matt Ryan..Brees stands 6 feet tall on a good day an still manages to put up big numbers for the saints

Matt Ryan is on my list for 3 reasons..1st he is a 2nd year player who led a decilate and lets be honest embarresed Falcons franchise to the playoffs last year(11-5 record) with the help of Mike Turner and Roddy White. Lets be honest the kid reads defenses like Ocho Cinco reads Twitter he is just amazing for someone so young and his draft day qb classmate Joey Flacco isnt far behind. 3rd: Ryan has a poise and presence in the pocket that reminds me of Brady and Manning and Brees, he goes thru his progressions under pressure and still makes a hard accurate throw which isnt as easy as it seems with 300 pound lineman coming 2 kill u lol. By the way Brady and Ryan play this week watch and u tell me if they dont remind u of one another lol

Big Ben..what else can be said 2 Superbowl rings..1 last year with a below average oline and the kid still wins and plays harder then ever

It seems like no matter how nice i am and how well i treat my girlfriend she seems to still not get that i do care for her and respect her feelings.When she is sad or upset about something i try so hard to console her and make her feel better and i feel like i cant no matter how much i try 2 relate 2 her. And it hurts me because i just dont no what to do anymore..should i just listen and not try 2 console her or just give up on even trying 2 help????? other options are welcome lol
