  • Good cosplay for pregnant woman?

I'm going to a con in April and am trying to decide who to cosplay. I've got red hair, but I always have a lovely teal wig I could use. I'll be 8 months pregnant. I was thinking a hentai character who's pregnant with a tentacle baby, but I don't know of any off the top of my head with red or blue hair in that shade. I was also thinking Kushina Uzumaki from Naruto since she gets pregnant.

    Anyways, suggestions? Thanks!

  • Would there have been a difference if I had filed as adultery being the reason?

I filed for divorce from my husband as "irreconcilable differences." Would there have been a difference if I had filed adultery as the cause? I know in my state (TN) that is grounds for a fault divorce, whereas what I've filed is a no fault.

More than anything I'm just curious. I'm already alimony and everything in the house that I wanted and it's probably too late now to change it anyways. Just an inquiring mind!

    Thanks! :)

  • How do I get over my husband?

He's cheated on me for months with men and women, coworkers, friends, and minors. His new girlfriend is 17. He's lied to me, gone behind my back, and tied to blame this on me: "If you lost weight I wouldn't have left you." "If you let me hook up with your friends none of this would have happened". I found photos of nude girls and guys, of him holding girls, I've found used condoms, emails, texts, hotel receipts, and even spoken to some of the girls.

He denies it all. And then he admits a little. And then he denies more. He's kicked me out, told me he hopes I kill myself, and that I was the perfect wife and this was all him. He's bi-polar and doesn't take his medication and I really think that's a small part of the problem.

I filed for divorce yesterday. I didn't want this. I don't want this.

How can I start the healing process? I don't want to feel this way forever.

  • How to sew something shut?

I'm sorry, I can't really think of how else to phrase it. I'm frazzled.

I'm making a casserole dish carrier. I need to sew the opening shut once I turn the fabric right side out. How can I do this and it look good?

And if that doesn't make sense, just think of it like a pillowcase. How would I sew it shut so it couldn't be opened?

I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense. I've been told "Do a blind hen stitch!" "Do a short stitch" "Do x, y and z!" You get what I'm saying. Thank you very much. :)

  • How to square off corners in sewing?

I'm sewing a casserole dish carrier and the directions say:

    "Cut two pieces of Insul-Bright to the following sizes: 30" X 15" and 37" X 12"

Cut two pieces of fabric slightly larger then the 30" X 15" and 37" X 12" pieces of Insul-Bright.

Gather the 30" X 15" piece of insul-bright and the two pieces of fabric that you cut out to go along with it. Take the two pieces of fabric and lay flat with right sides facing and now place the Insul-Bright on top of the fabric like shown.

Sew all around pinned pieces using the edge of insul-bright as your guide. Leave a 3" opening for turning right side out.

Trim excess fabric except where the opening is, you want to leave that section a little longer so that when you turn right sides out it will tuck and sew shut nicely. Don't forget to square off corners. Now pull fabric out through opening."

How do you square off the corners? I'm practicing on scrap fabric right now. I'm a visual learner and youtube hasn't proved fruitful for me. I don't know why I can't get this! Thank you!

  • How to figure out Lewis Structure for NO+?

Ok, so I need to figure out the Lewis structure for NO+. Here's what I got (I used MS Paint to make this. I didn't know how to explain it with words):

    http://tinypic.com/r/2a6pkky/7

My questions. What do I do with the extra electron? Would I take an electron away from oxygen because it has a positive charge and then make it a triple bond? Does the positive charge only affect oxygen or does it affect nitrogen, too?

    Thank you for helping!

  • Help with chemistry and equations?

I'm having issues with this? Could you help me figure out how to do it? I've emailed the professor, but no response yet.

    1. If butane (C4H10) combusts according to the balanced reaction below, how many grams of oxygen are required to produce 5.50 grams of carbon dioxide?

    2 C4H10 + 13 O2 --> 10 H2O + 8 Co 2

    2. If 1.58 g Zn and 1.01 g of S8 react in the UNBALANCED reaction below, how many grams of zinc (II) sulfide would be produced?

    Zn + S8 --> ZnS

    Thank you!

  • How to care for curly hair?

I'm the only one in my family with curls (I get it from my now deceased mother). I've always brushed it and been told "oh it's like any other hair. Brush it, wash it daily, and you'll be fine!"

But I'm finding that's not true. It's very very thick and get tangled easily. I wet it every morning to help the curls not look like I just woke up. With this southern heat it's been frizzing a lot.

So, what do I need to know to care for my curly hair? I know shampoo isn't the best so I only condition. I do it about twice a week. Also, I know brushing is bad, but what do I do? And what's the best thing to keep frizz and my ringlets bouncy? Thanks!!

  • Dogs and window blinds?

My Dutch Shepherd has destroyed our blinds. Not intentionally, but she loves looking out the window. She's blind in one eye so she has to stick her head more in the middle of the window to see. We have plastic mini blinds. Is there another type of blind that would hold up better? Maybe those faux wood blinds? I thought about the vertical blinds, but haven't seen them anywhere for windows that are not wall heighth. Thanks for the help!

  • Does anyone have any experience with dogs with cataracts?

My husband and I have found a dog we've fallen in love with. She's a 1 1/2 year old Siberian Husky with juvenile cataracts. She gets around well for now and you can hardly tell.

I'm just curious if anyone has had experience with a dog with cataracts? Did you end up having surgery or did you adjust your home for the dog or anything of the sort?

We have a dog already who is blind in one eye. We adjusted out home for her (Bumpers on the corners of the wall, we got rid of out clear glass tables, placed her food in her crate which is in an area where the floor is uniquely textured) and she gets around just fine. People never even know she's partially blind.

    Thanks!

  • How many cups would this be?

My recipe calls for 1-1/4 containers of 16 oz chocolate drink mix.

How many cups/tbs/other unit would this be?

If I'm not mistaken, I think 16 oz would be one cup(or maybe it's 2?), but I have no idea about the 1/4. I have a 32 oz package of chocolate mix.

    Thank you!

  • I'm going on my honeymoon in July and I need a rental car. Problem is...?

The problem is that I'm 18 and my then husband will be 19. But you have to be AT LEAST 21 to rent at the car rental places at the airport in Orlando. Does anyone know any places in orlando that will rent to 18/19 year olds? We really would rather not take the bus on our honeymoon...

And please, don't question my marriage. I'm interested in finding out about a car, not your questions about why I'm getting married so young. So please, just help me out.

  • Can I put a large bandage over my new naval piercing?

I got my bellybutton pierced Saturday and it was going great until I had to go to dance. I'm required to wear a bodysuit under my costumes and it rubs against my ring. Now it's a little swollen, very red, and is secreting a little bit of a clear substance that crusts. So can I place a large bandage over it to reduce the friction between the ring and my bodysuit?

  • Printing wedding invitations?

So I designed my own wedding invitations. From Scratch. Problem is, when I print them, they look very pixel-y and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know how or know of someone in middle TN who would be willing to print my design for me (a printer...for those of you who will answer with rude replies). Thanks!!!

  • Does anyone know where I can find some criticism about Ogden Nash?

After searching for a week for people who have critiqued Ogden Nash, I have found one site. I need at least three for my paper. Preferably about his poems "To a Small Boy Standing on my Shoes While I Am Wearing Them", "the Boy who Didn't Believe in Santa Claus" , "First Child...Second Child" "Children's Party" or "Song to be Sung by the father of Infant Female Children". As you can see, my theme for this paper is Ogden Nash's poetry on children and parenthood. Please help me with whatever you can! Merci!!
