I want to plumb two identical submersible pumps together to increase the output flow rate is this possible?
The pump can produce 440l/m but I need a flow rate closer to 800l/m. Unfortunately I am restricted for space and budget which restricts me from using just one larger capacity pump. I was thinking of plumbing two of the same submersibles in parallel. They will be sited level with each other and I was hoping to use a 2" t-piece to join them together into one 3" output? Is there any problem with doing this? Back pressure, indifference in flow rate?
Thanks
