  • When can I eliminate HUD FHA MPMI?

I just closed (September 2014) on a Hud home with 3.5% down. The home appraised at $215K and we purchased it for $197K, our balance is $194K. We have Hud FHA MPMI (special mortgage insurance) on the property and I would like to know when I could refinance and eliminate the HUD FHA MPMI. I am aware that this type of insurance is for the life of the loan, unless we refinance. My questions are many....

We'd like to refinance in 5 years so will a new appraisal be requested? I've read online that for these loans a new appraisal isn't taken into consideration.

My wife and I would like to pay next months principal for the next 4-5 years to help pay the loan down and build more equity sooner for refinance purposes.

We are trying to gameplan over the next several years so your help is really appreciated.

    Thank you.

  • Does anyone know High Tech Burrito's Nuclear Salsa recipe?

I love the Bay Area's (California) High Tech Burrito's Nuclear Salsa. My wife and I would like to know what the ingredients are so that we can try to make it ourselves seeing how the nearest High Tech is 1 hour away.

  • Trying to find a 2" Phenolic (wood looking) cloverleaf spacer?

I have scoured the internet for a 2" Phenolic (wood looking) cloverleaf spacer to no avail. I have found that Jomar makes a 2" 4 hole phenolic spacer, but I can't find a cloverleaf; sometimes it may be called a tapered spacer.

Can anyone help direct me to the right place?

    Thanks.

  • Modified Car Insurance?

I'm looking for Auto insurance for my modified muscle car, but many places that claim they insure modified cars are turning me down. The car is fast, but will only be driven up to 2000 miles/year. I will not be taking it to race at the track, just driving it to events and family functions.

The car's engine has been stroked, has apx. 700 horsepower, an 8pt roll cage, but has maintained most of its originality. The car is not cut up.

I'm specifically looking for answers from individuals who have or have had a modified/highly modified muscle car insured.

What company would you recommend and what costs should I expect to pay?

Lastly, Hagarty has already turned me down...

    Thanks in advance.

  • How much Octane Rating should be put in an Engine that has 13:1 compression?

I am considering purchasing a 440CI Mopar that has been punched out to a 446CI. The engine compression is 13:1 and I would like to know if I can drive the car on the street while using pump gas? Believe it or not, there is a 76 Gas Station in the Valley that sells 100 Octane. Would that be sufficient or does this kind of compression require a special gas?

    Thank you.

  • FHA Refinance Requirements?

I'd like to find out what the FHA Refinance Requirements are. I'm not interested in the Streamline from FHA, just the requirements for a FHA Refinance.

I haven't been able to find information online regarding this, as most of what I found speak of the Streamline or regular FHA loans.

I would greatly appreciate assistance. A link would be wonderful.

    Thank you.

  • Cycling speed and watts and weight question?

I would like to know if there is a "Formula" for calculating how many watts a cyclist must produce to reach a specific speed on level ground, while considering his/her weight. For example if a cyclist weights 230lbs and is sprinting as fast as he can on level ground how many watts must he produce to go 20 mph, 21mph, 25 mph etc.?

Thanks for all your help in advance.

  • Hiking solar power to charge a camera battery pack?

    Hello,

I would like to know if anyone is aware of a solar power panel, such as GoalZero, that can charge a digital cameras battery pack. I have a Canon SLR and would like a panel to not only charge my AAA's batteries, Droid, and GPS, but most imprtantly the battery pack for my SLR.

I haven't been able to find an adapter to charge a battery pack, as most solar panels utilize USB ports. The battery pack that comes with the camera must be installed into a device that plugs into the wall outlet.

    I would appreciate your help.

    Thank you all in advance.

  • How can i make my photo size larger/big again after cut/paste?

Today I took the memory card out of my camera and cut all the photos from it and pasted it to a folder on my desktop. What I realized next is that all of the photos have been reduced in image size. Normally, most of the photos are between 3mp - 5mp each. But now the photos sizes are around 700k -850k each.

I noticed that when I want to zoom in on a photo it becomes blurry or pixalated. None, of which occurs when the image size is 3mo - 5mp.

Can someone please tell me what I can do, if anything to make the image size larger; back to its original or near original size? I'd like to edit them but I can't because they get fuzzy.

    Thank you in advance.

  • Help with basic 100m chart in Microsoft Excel 2010?

    Hello,

I would like to track my 100m times in Excel and chart them. This is what I have done so far.

I have the first spreadsheet that has a column for Date and a column for Times.

I have another spreadsheet that is suppose to graph my dates and times.

For some reason I cannot get it to graph correctly. For example, I am using 12.22 as my time for April 9th on spreadsheet one but the time won't graph correctly. I've spent over two hours trying to tweak my error and have come up empty... I'd like to be able to see a timeline of my improvements.

If someone already knows where a basic spreadsheet can be found online I'll gladly download it or if they can walk me through creating this I would appreciate it.

    Thank you.

  • Track open on Sundays in Stockton CA?

I am looking for a track (like track and field) open on the weekends, preferably Sundays. I have tried Delta College but the track is locked up on Sundays, and the UOP doesn't have a track to run around. I know there is a high school off of brookside just about half a mile north of UOP, but that was locked up as well.

I am looking to get back in shape and time myself around the track but I can't find one that is open on Weekends, preferable Sundays.

I don't mind driving to Manteca or Lathrop or Lodi. Thanks.

  • Can i write off my mortgage loan modification fees on my 2009 taxes?

In 2009 I sent $3,500 to a loan modification company that was suppose to get my home loan modified. Unfortunately for me the company stole my money, went out of business and I never got my home loan modified.

Can I write off the money used to modify my loan? If so, where would it fall under on my 1040?

Thank you for all your help.

  • Where can i buy a ghost pepper plant?

I live in California and would like to purchase a small ghost pepper plant. I have found one place online (Amazon) but the reviews were mixed, however, two of the reviews stated they had purchased the ghost pepper plant a year or two earlier from a grower in Florida and had excellent results. I would appreciate any help.

    Thank you.
