Why hasn't the Iraqi Dinar currency improved yet? Before the war, it was valued at 3 times the US dollar.?
Now it's at .0008 compared to the US dollar. If they were over 3x the dollar (probably from oil), you'd think their money's value would increase. Why hasn't it yet?

I don't get it. Maybe it's because they can't afford a doctor? Maybe their search engine is broken? Why on earth would somebody ask something so serious as a medical condition question (or prescription drug-related) question to complete strangers?
