I'm talking about menstrual blood clots. Since I hit puberty at 11 my cycles were considered normal, flow, consistency etc. Well the last 8 menstrual I've been having bad cramping to the point its almost unbearable to move at times, and over the counter Tylenol, Ibuprofen don't help and when I use the bathroom I can feel the clot's (sometimes 1, or 2) and hear them dropping in the toilet, and when i look at them they are the size of Half Dollars. I know some clotting is normal for some but is it for clots that big? ( Some people are really rude, I'm not looking for a Online Doctor, just some general advice is it normal or go see a doctor?)

My Fiance and I have been trying the last 4 years to conceive. I'm 23, and he just turned 25. Well I used to menstruate on a regular basis since i hit puberty until my Jr. year in High school. I put myself on Birth control, and quit taking it after 2 months due to the Hives i gotten from allergic reaction that the Hospital couldn't diagnose at first. after that it's been somewhat irregular normally within a week of my previous period (before or after it didn't matter) Well it's been 4+ years since we've been trying and nothing. Financially we can support a child, however my insurance doesn't in any way cover any kind of fertility help, or some of the blood testes necessary to determine infertility, I'd have to pay for it all out of pocket, which is expensive, and im sure that if i pay for that then by the time im done we'll be broke..lol.. Is there still options? or just Give up? Ive been keeping track of my menstrual, Basil Body Temp, my diet and exercise....I just don't get it.
