I have an acer notebook. For no apparent reason the keyboard and mouse have stopped responding. I am floodbound at the moment and have no way of taking it in for an expert to have a look. I am managing with my usb mouse and keyboard. Any ideas?

My son has been downloading movies, now he has a popup that won't go away called security tool. It says it will protect his pc if he buys the product. It also asks for his credit card details, which he hasn't given. Anyone else have this problem?

Those writing derogatory comments in this forum need to be aware that they are in the same class as Johns.
