How do you put pictures from your phone to facebook?

The problem I have been having is that it will just lose its power with no warning. Then when I start it back up I get the blue screen. It goes through its checks on the C drive disks. It then brings up my desktop I can work on it for a few minutes, then with no warning it loses its power, and I start all over again. Any ideas what I need to look for?
