  • Is there a way to enter data in a table and have it generate sentences using either excel or word?

    Heres an example of what I am looking for:

    Question X (Correct ansswer Y) was chosen because of Z. Answered clearly in the text on Page Q. All distractors appropriate. No changes recommended.

    I want to be able to manually enter variables for X, Y, Z, and Q and have them automatically come up in the sentence. Currently I am copy and pasting the same sentence 100 times over or more and I am looking for a quicker way to do so. It is not necessary that this be done using Excel or Word but they are already on my work comp.
