  • Kitchen Professionals, what are your biggest pet peeves at work?

    I am irritated on a daily basis, but some things stick out more than others. I was just curious what lights your match from day to day.

    My #1 is dull knives.

    My #2 is incorrect use of knives

    My #3 is percieved meat temperature vs. what is actually is. As in "this was supposed to be medium rare" and it is. I don't argue, but ignorance by the public gives me a rash.
