I live in 1 county, my brother in another. His stepson falsely accused my brother of "touching his private parts" so he could go live with his dad.

In my county, there would have been a complete investigation, in that county they talked to child & mother once and made decision--not founded abuse but Indicated, meaning no evidence but they think it may have occurred.

How does he appeal that??

The kid is a known liar.

Shouldnt the mother/wife do more???

My brothers life is at stake because his wife & her ex have baggage the kid is making them pay.

**We know a girl in our county who WAS sexually abused by her dad for 6 yrs. She never just "said the words" but her actions and diction spoke volumes. There was a full investigation...not a shorthanded one.

ok, i'm 33 had tubal ligation at 21(after 1child). had a preg test positive 16 months ago only to have a neg one a month later. body changed and everything.

NOW, had no pms, period week late but only came as spotting. was nauseous, tired first three weeks(starting when period was due). even coworkrs asked if i was prg. still spotting, still nauseous, had dizzy spell at work for no reason while sitting; extremely moody. Went on couple small park rides and got really nauseous--not like me at all. i just wonder could it be?
