I was served papers in june relating to foreclosure on my house. I moved out of the house in september. i now have found out the lender has dismissed the case but i am still the owner on the county records. the taxes were paid in november (not by me) someone has changed the locks on the door. i have been caring for the property since i moved out. (i had great neighbors) i was not notified of what has happened to the house. i am still paying for the water even though its turned off you still have to pay for a fee until the house transfers over. anyone have any idea ? all records are still in my name....the lender refers me to the legal dept. but they will not return my calls.

Need to know if the weather has cleared any tours are going out to the reefs. Are roads still closed? ect.

I PURCHASED A HOUSE IN 1988 AND SOLD IT IN 1993 AND IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MY REPORT. I ALSO PURCHASED A VEHICLE IN 1990 AND PAID IT OFF IN 1995 AND THAT ALSO DOES NOT SHOW UP ! IT WOULD RAISE MY CREDIT SCORE WHICH I NEED TO PURCHASE A HOUSE. HOW CAN I GET ON MY CREDIT HISTORY ?

I purchased the house in 1988 and sold it in 1993 but it does not show up on my credit report. I need my mortgage company information.
