Hello there! I recently joined a large community group that has been using and sharing a gmail mail account between them all so that members have the password and can read from the same calendar. What problems can you foresee from doing this, if any? Is this a good idea for sharing information in general?

I'm always a little confused about the etiquette of tipping. Do we always do it even when it's part of the company's protocol to help their customers out to their car with heavy loads? Do people only do it when they really like the person? Is it ever rude to offer a tip? Thanks for keeping me decent and honest with your time.
