such as yer cars and basically anything you may own, and how much does it cost to file bankruptcy,how long does it take,how long is it on yer credit, how do you know what bankruptcy to file under??

I've tried to get in contact w/ old landlord to no avail her son[new landlord??] doesnt know why I need to speak w/ her cause he's the landlord [didnt sign my lease] just found this out today. claims him & her do not speak she will not return calls dont have address. is my lease null & void and who's got my $$$ mold growing in laundry rm complained many times the son said it'll be fixed that was mnths ago {my husband is a cancer patient not supposed to be around it] can we legally move out if so again who do we go after for deposit HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
