im 17 and due to family issues can not work during the day.

My EX sent me a disturbing photograph of my sons genitalia. When I went to report it the office said he needed everything off of my phone. Included naked photographs I took of myself after I had my son and some I took after I lost my baby weight (before & after I started my diet) I have showed no one these as they are personal and I only took them as motivation. I asked the officer to at least delete the photographs when they come on the computer and he said that if he does he will be violating every law in the book of criminal justice. now please tell me, is this officer full of crap or did he really need to keep those? I feel so exposed and mistreated. Please don't tell me that I shouldn't have had those on there in my cell in the the first place, I already know that. I feel so disgusted.

a month after i married this guy he got another woman pregnant. I filed for divorce, my son is now 5 months old and the divorce is not yet complete. we are about to set up a permanent parenting plan. My child stays with me and the father rarely ever comes to see him. well his other son was born a few days ago by the woman he cheated on me with, and my ex keeps wanting my son to go to alabama (I live in Tennessee) to "bond" (yes he said with the other child. this makes me so angry because he talks like they are brothers and we are one big happy family. is there a way I can get the court to not allow him to bring my son around that other child and that other childs mother? Also another question, I am exclusively breastfeeding. Will the court not let him take him to another state until he is weened? Thank you for all of your responses.

okay. I am 17 years old. I come from a huge rich family and was in the wrong situation at the wrong time. I got pregnant. and my paretns made me get married. after i married the man abused me while i was pregnant and got someone else pregnant. now im trying to divorce him and my attorney isnt repersenting me right. my ex took nasty photos of my babys penis and sent them to me and he also said some sick things about wanting the baby to pee on him. hes also a thief and drinks and does drugs. He hasnt seen his son in over 2 months but for some reason he really wants to take him over night so he is trying everything to get custody so he can. Im so scared he is going to molest him but my attorney isnt helping me obtain sole custody. I need all the information i can get about protecting my son from this man. I explained why i am getting divorced in a previous question. (my ex got someone else pregnant and acts like a sick man) The reason for this post is that I have been best friends with a guy for 5 years and nothing more then friends. he has been there for me though all the bull **** my ex put me through. I literally had cuts and bruses on me from my ex. anyway my ex got someone else pregnant 2 weeks after we wed and my attorney said that will not affect the custody matter at all and my question is this: The man i have been best friends with for 5 years asked me to marry him, he is deployed to afganistan and wont be back until november. it was a very unexpected and unplanned thing and i am aftraid that my attorney wont believe that and will think i was with another man while i was married (which i wasnt) and i was wondering if I brought up this man that asked me to marry him if the court would let us get married after my divorce and will let us move to where he is based with my son. my ex will be like 12 hours away so I will get sole custody right?

When I was pregnant my husband abused me & starved me, when I got a job to pay for the food he made me quit because he said that he didnt want me seen. He smashed my phone in the wall because he didnt want people contacting me. he was always leaving me for long periods of time. when I filed for divorce I found out he got his ex pregnant 2 weeks after we wed. as if thats not bad enough he took disturbing photos of my sons penis and sent them to me (he was using his visitation time & I didnt know he took them until afterward) and he told me he wanted our son to pee on him. I never realized how sick this man was until I got pregnant. He totally changed. the girl he got pregnant gave him herpes and he gave it to me. I know for a fact it is from him bc he was my first. even after I told my attorney all of this she still tells me that i might not get sole custody. (which is what I want because I am worried about my sons safty) This man is so ruff on our son and he is only 4 months old. last time he visited him (which was 2 months ago) my baby had the hiccups so my soon to be ex yelled on the top of his lungs (he said the reason was it would take the hiccups away!!! what the heck!!) and my poor baby started crying he was so scared. :( it broke my heart. I never want this sick guy around my son. hes a horrible man. do i need a new attorney?

I have a problem. I have already filed for divorce because he was treating me very bad. then after I filed I found out he had gotten another woman pregnant and she is already 8 months!! My question is can I file something againsed this girl that slept with my husband? I have a 4 month old baby with this sick man.Im so upset.

long story short, I got prego, married the guy, guy got someone ELSE prego. I file for divorce. well my baby daddy still has not given me any child support money. he took photos of the babies private part and touches it, it creeps me out so bad and make me wonder if he is a child molester. He is also abusives, & does drugs. the court said he had to start paying child support at the end of feb. but they have not written anything up. but yet they still say i have to allow that creep to see the child i am supporting. the problem is i am wanting to move, let me re fraze that i HAVE to move.and my attorney said that i am not allowed to unless i file that i am moving in court and then my sons father will have 60 days to object. which is complete bull. what should i do? should i just take my son and move anyway? if i do how much trouble will i get in? & they say this is a free country...

My child is very young and I do not trust the father with him. he is a bad man and he lives in a different state but wants joint custody that I do not want him to have, I dont care if he comes around and sees his son but I dont trust him alone with him.
