I just became a teacher assistant in an after school program. I need some help with getting the students interested in the teaching material. Also, I don't believe the way they behave during this time. I work with kids from pre-k to 4th grade.

My pierced ear is giving me problems and its been a long while since i had it pierced. any solution u used if you had a similar problem. helpful solutions are appreciated.

I had my left ear pierced from the top and have a small gold hoop earning in it. It doesn't seem to heal. On the back of the ear is a small lift of skin. anyone know something or had similar problem, can suggest something? I hate to close it. any helpful solution will be appreciated!
