Wondering if were ever gonna get that far. Do you know there's something wrong. or something to that effect?

Could this be a simptom of a serious condition?

It was made in a spring form pan.It had cream cheese,crushed oreos and it was frozen,not baked.My mother used to make it.She passed away,and I`ve been searching all over the net for this recipe.Can anyone help me?

My mother left very spacific instructions that the money was to be put into a spend thrift trust for me in case I needed it.She did not trust my husband when it came to money for fear he would waste it.

Right now we are in a big financial disaster due to a foot injury my husband has.My question is,is there any thing we can do to get this money or a portion of it?I`ve tried talking to my sister and she refuses to let me have a penny.Can I contact a lawyer?Do I have a case.I don`t want to do this,I feel like I`m disgracing my mothers memory and disgracing my family.At the same time,I have 3 kids and we just baught a house.I`m really being put in a very bad position here,but I feel like I`m being backed into a corner and being forced to take drastic meaures.Any advise would be helpful.Legal advice?Is this morally the right thing to do?Also my husband needs surgery and in alot of pain.He has to work under these conditions,on his feet 10 hours.$$ is needed for surgery to be possible.

Will they be okay,or should I call the doctor?

Last year his company figured he made $30,000.00,because they don`t count the income from workmans comp he recieved last year.So by the time they tax it,take out benifites he`s only getting $200 a week.My question is this:Is there anything we can do?We have three kids and a house and all these bills.We can`t live on $200 a week.He goes back to the doctor June 1st.Right now they`re saying it`s nerve damage in his foot.Some days it`s fine,some days it`s not.He drives a forklift for a living.He uses his feet 10 hours a day,so he can`t go back till it`s better,but what are we supposed to do for money?Even if I get a job,that won`t make up for what we`re loseing and to make matters worse I don`t drive.Can we fight this and ask them to recalculate his pay based on hourly wadges.We are supposed to get more than $200 a week.Can we collect welfare if it comes to that?What are our options?We have no friends or family that can help.Maybe one of you guys on yahoo answers can give us some advice?

I know Food network and allrecipes.com would have my answer,but I would love to hear a recipe that someone has used already.Thanks!
