If you have a video camera in your car record the entirety of a police traffic stop, and the video shows police misconduct that violates your rights, can the video be used as evidence in your court case?

I have a DUI on my record. If I am pulled over again someday I know I am required to provide my name, address, age, paperwork and a breathalyzer, but does having a prior DUI give the police probably cause to detain or take me into custody? I will of course comply with the things I am legally required to do, but will saying things such as "I do not consent to a search" "I do not consent to a field sobriety test" "I refuse to speak without a lawyer present" "I am going to remain silent" and "Am I free to go" do more to hurt me? Will I be targeted as suspicious or a probably cause for arrest for exercising my rights like I should have before?

I should have added that I do not drink and drive, and blew a .00 on the breathalyzer. I was arrested for failing a field sobriety test, and convicted for having marijuana metabolites in my urine, even though I had not smoked that day.

I know that they can if your under suspicion for being under the influence upon entry to the program, but will they urine test everyone that comes in? I no longer smoke but with how much I did before there will probably be enough in my system still to come up as positive, even after a month, has anyone been through this, because the lady I called at the program brought up that the screening is written and more of a personal consultation, but I dont know who to believe at this point. I know what the program entails other than weather or not there will be a mandatory drug test. If anyone knows that would be helpful to give me a little peace of mind

I'm 19, and will be in my Junior year of college this year, I'm young get over it, and our program offers a spring semester study abroad program in Italy. Most of my friends are going, and everybody talks about how much they liked it, but, I dont really want to go, Is there something wrong with me? My girlfriends staying here, but thats not really the reason. I just, I dont really want to go, I think all the changes would hurt my grades, and I dont know, I'm just not interested, whats wrong with me?

Ok, so I have a ruby red Harmony brand fat strat style electic guitar, i bought it for about 150 in 2004, and it sounds great, its in perfect condition, and I'm planning on buying a motherbucker, and some hum cancelling singles for it, and scalloping the fret board. The neck is curly maple, and the fretboard is ebony something. All the parts on the body are black, its a bolt on neck, but no plate, the neck tucks into the guitar, and has all metal knobs, what does everyone else think?
