  • Seriously, who is misleading Americans into believing that we are a Democracy with Capitalism?

    Why do I never see people from the left refer to America as a Constitutional Republic with our economy being the American Free Market? I very rarely see these terms used. It's almost always about "Democracy" and "Capitalism". I also noticed that every time I read something written in support of Socialism or Communism, the author NEVER refers to the Free Market or our Constitutional Republic. However, they are quick to point out all the evils of Capitalism and Democracy. Is it because even educated people will agree to that part? Or, is it just harder for Communists and Socialists to compete against what we actually have v. what we are not?

    By definition, intent, tradition and law, America is NOT a Democracy and our economy is NOT Capitalism. This has been true since 1776. So the continual, relentless re-education and misinformation has got to be intentional. Know who is doing it and why! But first, know what our Constitutional Republic and Free market is and what it should be.
