PowerPoint Question: Is is possible to add a color scheme to be used in any new presentations?
All I can find are instructions on how to add a color scheme to a single presentation. I would like to use the same new color scheme for many presentations (my company color scheme) no matter what slide design I select. Is it possible to do this somehow.
I wanted to use the "Add as standard scheme" button, but it is always grayed out. Besides, I gather that that button only does the same thing as the "Apply" button and therefore only applies it to the current presentation.
So, what do I do?

There are so many questions and seemingly many more answers, but rarely are they what I would call the "best" answers. So I thought I'd pose this question as a way to help folks think a little more about their answers. For my part, I abhor those trite yeses or noes, not to mention the flip one liners in response to a serious direct question... not to mention how frequently they are just plain wrong answers.
How about it folks, we don't all have to be geniuses. But maybe a few pointers or rules of thumb would help us to give more useful answers. If we can answer this, it should help us find answers even when we are not logged on to Yahoo!Answers.
So help me answer the question --> How should we answer questions so as to result in a truly useful (and correct) "best" answer?
